About Sherée
Sherée Bergman is a Certified Life Coach, speaker, and spiritual mentor whose mission is to help people heal deep emotional wounds, break free from generational cycles, and experience deeper intimacy with God. Her life and work are rooted in the belief that no story is too broken for God to redeem, and that the very places of pain can become the soil where purpose is planted.
Blending biblical truth with practical tools, Sherée guides people out of survival mode and into lasting emotional and spiritual wholeness. Her approach is both compassionate and results-oriented—offering a safe, grace-filled space where clients can be seen, heard, and understood. She teaches how the subconscious mind is shaped in childhood, how unresolved emotional pain—especially wounds connected to caregivers—affects adult behavior, relationships, and even one’s ability to connect with God, and how healing those wounds can lead to a life of freedom and peace.
Sherée’s passion for emotional healing was born from her own story. She grew up in the shadow of emotional neglect and family dysfunction, carrying wounds from her earliest years into adulthood. Her journey has taken her through the deep valleys of childhood trauma and some toxic relationships. Along the way, she has faced—and overcome—major life challenges including brain surgery, temporary blindness, divorce, single parenting, the traumatic loss of her mother, and years of chronic emotional abuse. Through it all, she encountered the healing power of Jesus Christ in a way that transformed her life from the inside out.
This transformation fuels everything she does. Sherée understands the courage it takes to face the past, the faith it takes to trust God in the process, and the freedom that comes from letting Him heal the deepest places of the heart. Her clients and readers often describe her as honest, relatable, and deeply compassionate—a safe guide who walks beside them on their own path to healing.
Sherée is the founder of Heart to Heart Life Coaching, a practice devoted to helping individuals navigate their unique challenges with wisdom, grace, and personalized support. She holds multiple professional certifications, including Professional Life Coach (CPLC), Christian Life Coach (CCLC), Relationship Coach (CRC), Relationship Communication Specialist (CRCS), Grief Restoration Coach (CCGC), Joy Restoration Coach (CJRC), HeartMath Certified Coach, and Certified Christian Counselor. As an ordained minister, she brings spiritual discernment and pastoral care to her coaching, creating a holistic approach that addresses the emotional, relational, and spiritual needs of those she serves.
Her books--Start at Start to Finish Strong, Start at Start to Finish Strong Transformation Guide, Start at Start Breakthrough Journal, and I Can’t Love You Through the Fence—speak courageously and truthfully about the impact of trauma, the essential need for emotional safety, and the spiritual restoration found in Christ. Through these works, as well as her workshops and speaking engagements, Sherée empowers others to uncover hidden beliefs, reset their nervous systems, and embrace a life of wholeness.
Sherée lives by the promise of Romans 8:28: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose” (NIV). This scripture is more than a belief—it’s the foundation of her story and the reason she can confidently guide others through their own.
When she’s not writing or coaching, Sherée enjoys quiet mornings with the Lord, peaceful nature walks, time with her growing family, moments with her two little dogs, ZiZi and ZaZa. She carries a deep conviction that your past does not disqualify you—God can use every chapter of your life to write a story of redemption, hope, and purpose.
God is the Great Healer.
Sherée works with people of all ages who are ready to make changes and want to start enjoying a better quality of life. As an Empowerment Life Coach, Sherée will partner with you setting goals and strategies for a more meaningful and purposeful life. This is a process that is action oriented and future focused...assisting you to identify your personal gifts, personal values, strengths and what works best for your personality type and relational skills.
A partnership is formed focusing on positive outcomes. Each individual has different aspirations and faces different challenges. Some clients require more structure, some seek more guidance and some simply need more accountability. Sherée likes to get to the heart of the matter as quickly as possible and is solution focused. She takes the "no excuses" approach as she works with clients. What exactly does that mean? It means get ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work on the things that are holding you back from having true happiness in your life. A key focus of her work is to adapt an approach for each individual and find their "Glass Walls" so they can be different once and for all. She specializes in guiding her clients to achieve results in a most authentic way.
