Coaching Guidelines - Privacy & Confidentiality
Information obtained during coaching sessions will be held under the strictest levels of confidentiality. Information obtained during coaching sessions will be confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone outside the coaching session without your written consent, unless required by law. All records created during coaching sessions are stored in a manner that promotes confidentiality, security, and privacy, and complies with any applicable laws and agreements.
Additional Information
To assure quality in the delivery of coaching services, the coach may consult with professional colleagues to review your coaching plan and subsequent progress. These colleagues are also bound by the same rules of confidentiality. This process is called "Peer Review," the purpose of which is to maintain the quality and efficacy of the coaching process.
Coachee/Coach Standards of Conduct and Code of Ethics will be reviewed during the first session.

- When the counselor has reason to believe you may be harmful to yourself or others
- When the counselor suspects that a child is being abused or neglected
- When the counselor receives a signed order or subpoena signed by a municipal judge ordering the release of information regarding your treatment.
