Cancellation/Reschedule of Appointment Policy:
We would appreciate at least a 48-72-hour notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.
We understand cancellations and appointment changes can happen.
However, appointments cancelled/changed less than 12 hours of a scheduled appointment time
will incur a cancellation charge which will be the full fee of your scheduled appointment time.
If you are canceling or rescheduling your appointment more than 12 hours before
your scheduled appointment time, you may do so at button below
if this is the way you originally set up your appointment.
Any appointment cancellations/rescheduling left on the company’s voice mail, text message and/or email
will not be considered an appointment cancellation.
