This appointment will be at the office in Algonquin, IL. (by appointment only)
PLEASE SELECT THE QUANTITY FOR THE NUMBER OF HOURS YOU ARE CHOOSING TO PURCHASE.
A Contract/Agreement will be emailed to you within the next 24-48 hours for you to read over and sign. Please get that back to us right away so we can schedule/hold your appointment.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHOWING UP ON TIME. WE CAN NOT ADD TO ANY TIME IF YOU ARE LATE BECAUSE WE HAVE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS AFTER YOURS.
(Suggested times: Once a week. This will give you time to internalize your last session, do any homework that was given, and not get too far from your last session so you don't loose your momentum. If once a week can not be achieved, it is suggested not to let appointments span out longer than bi-weekly.)
